Support is only available when it's convenient to Jason Korkin, the one man in this rip-off show. When I emailed to him after 7 days to cancel the account because it was not user friendly, he spent the first few days arguing with me in email. Finally he assured me my refund would be made within 7 days as promised on Korksoft's website. It's been almost 30 days and it still hasn't been received. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in his area and this crook isn't a bit phased. Stealing your money is much more important to him than his reputation. This thief needs to be put out of business, and I for one will be contacting the Attorney General in Florida to work on that.
