I wish there was a zero rating. That is what they deserve. They took our money for renewal and then didn't renew our domain name on time. Now the site is in redemption status and they won't do anything about it now for 8 days. Emails go unanswered.. promised phone calls never come.. promised "correct the problem ASAP" means nothing. The registar.. stargate.com says Dot5hosting didn't send them the renewal money after multiple renewal notices. Our domain name went into redemption status 1 day after renewal date. Stargate says they have NO grace period! Don't use them either. (Should have been on hold for 45 days) Stay clear of Dot5 Hosting. It is a UK based company claiming to be in Texas. Their CEO is an 18 year old kid named Chris. The servers are NOT theirs, but are rented from EV1 Hosting in Texas.
