I was a customer of Half Price Hosting for two years, but their pricing changed so I called to cancel. I got charged $150 anyway. I called the SAME day that I was charged - they said that I could ONLY get a credit for the $150 - even though I no longer had any service from them. This meant that I HAD to stay with them or lose $150. Well - I chose to lose the $150 and still do not get service from them. I was also told that the only way to change this decision was to write their support email address and got no response to any of the emails that I sent. They would not give me the corporate office number. I have had to research this information. Still no response - others have had this problem - just look at the many other reviews posted on other review sites. It is now 5 months after the billing and still no response to my emails. Stay away - prices change; service is not acceptable; billing is frustrating and costly to the average buyer. Buyer beware!
