I cant believe how good these guys are! Whenever I have a problem with my site all it takes is a simple email and they fix it. I was up working late one night (about12:15 am) and accidentally deleted some files from my web space which prevented my dialogue boxes from working. "This is it for tonight", I thought to my self. "I will just send them an email and then continue when I here from them; perhaps in a few days if I'm lucky". I then rebooted my server and decided to retire for the night. Five minutes later when my server came back on line I checked to make sure that all my applications were started and I noticed an email from Sharp. The first line read, "Hi, we have corrected that for you... ". That was great!! ...and I keep getting the same prompt service everytime. I have several more stories but if i continue to write someone might think that i work for these guys. Keep up the sharp response; no pun intended.
