Never returns emails, he just let your site down for a week or more. There IS NOT 24/7 support. There IS NOT 99.9 % uptime. There is NO 30 days $ back. Well, if you are those lucky ones who can get $ back from him, don't be glad too soon...He could charge your credit card, even a year after you cancelled your service.
