Confident in Halfprice Hosting

I have had the site for my web site design business, Bellamy Technology & Design, Inc. hosted with Halfprice Hosting for almost 2 years. As a former IT professional in 'Corporate America' working mainly in application development, database administration and quality assurance, I felt certain that with my background as an artist and graphic designer I would be very successful in creating web site that were technically sound as well as aesthetically pleasing.

Halfprice Hosting has met and exceeded my expectations of a hosting service. The service is wonderful, and the technical support department has always been 100% helpful and courteous. I plan to stay with Halfprice Hosting and would recommend it any of my friends.

Beware of HPH

I have hosted some domains with HPH for several years. Their front-line tech support is very good, but that's where it stops. They used to be "Half Price" but that ended long ago. They continue to cut reseller discounts and give no reseller support. If any problem has to be escalated, forget it. Their senior techs will NEVER follow up or answer your inquiries. They might get to your problem or they might not - there's no way to tell. They recently lost all my e-mail on a Friday. I was told it would be restored in 24 hours on Friday. Same on Saturday. Same on Sunday.

Terrible Billing/Customer Service

I was a customer of Half Price Hosting for two years, but their pricing changed so I called to cancel. I got charged $150 anyway. I called the SAME day that I was charged - they said that I could ONLY get a credit for the $150 - even though I no longer had any service from them. This meant that I HAD to stay with them or lose $150. Well - I chose to lose the $150 and still do not get service from them. I was also told that the only way to change this decision was to write their support email address and got no response to any of the emails that I sent.

Very pleasant support

I previously used a hosting company whose support was virtually non- existent, so I really appreciate the fact that there is ALWAYS someone available at HalfPrice Hosting, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help me. I have been using HalfPrice Hosting for about two years now and I have had at least 15 very positive interactions with HalfPrice Hosting's support area and absolutely no contact that hasn't been pleasant and productive.

Excellent Technical Support

I just wanted to say that HalfPrice Hosting's technical support is probably the best I have ever run across. I have had to use the RightNow Chat Feature and find it to be very useful and all the technical support people have been very knowledgable and immediately solve my problems.

Satisfying Services and Support!

Before we came across HalfPriceHosting we had used several other hosting companies all of which were sorely lacking in service. We found Halfprice through one of the major online hosting comparison/review sites (I cannot recall which one it was) and have been very satisfied with the packages and services we've received. Friendly and helpful technical support!

Superior Service

Every time I've called Invotion for technical support and assistance I have been very pleased with the people I have spoken with and their enthusiasm for being helpful.
