dot5 is a pack of liars, thieves, and losers. Go with them if you dare, but caveat emptor. Dont' be fooled by the slick site, and marketing babble. These people are just plain, dishonerable crooks. A bunch of freaking con-artists.

The worst service I have ever receieved from any company in any capacity. Have now been without website and email for 4 days with no sign of when we'll be back up and running. Have left numerous telephone messages - nobody has called back. Gone through the pain of more live chats than I care to remember but nothing. We went with Dot5 because we were promised there would always be someone available by phone... not so. They really should consider scrapping their slogan "we look after our customers" because they don't.

Same as others here. We will nver go back to them. Uptime is not a word in their vocabulary, as far as site, e- mail, administration and services. Customer service is a joke at best. I always thought the customer was always correct and any provider of service should do their best to serve them. Dot5 still has not figured out that I was a customer, much less how to fulfill their service. ("WAS" being the operative word!!!) In a world that is becoming more service driven than manufacturer driven, these folks don't have a clue.

Our site is gone. After a year of building it up with the search engines, now it is lost because of dot5hosting. We sent our renewal money to them well in advance of renewal date. They kept the money but never renewed our domain name. Now it is stuck in redemption status. They said they would take care of it, but they never do. Now they won't refund our money or even respond to our email requests. Beware.. this is a host run by an 18 year old kid in the UK named Chris. They rent host space from EV1Hosting. They don't really have their own servers. That is all false information.
I wish there was a zero rating. That is what they deserve. They took our money for renewal and then didn't renew our domain name on time. Now the site is in redemption status and they won't do anything about it now for 8 days. Emails go unanswered.. promised phone calls never come.. promised "correct the problem ASAP" means nothing. The registar.. stargate.com says Dot5hosting didn't send them the renewal money after multiple renewal notices. Our domain name went into redemption status 1 day after renewal date. Stargate says they have NO grace period! Don't use them either.
Do not use this company, there customer services is awful. I had a dedicated server with them paying $199.00 p/m which had an up time of around 55%, and it took on average 6 calls before anyone bothered calling you back. Once they have your money they don't care any more about you.

Outstanding performance LFC, in particular your technical support people, they have been invaluable in their help with my site, keep up the good work. LFC has been my host for about 6 months now and I have never experienced anything but top notch service. They are tops in my book and I highly recommend them to everyone.
