I have an account with Korksoft and am not receiving anything like the 24/7/365 support as promised. Most of my emails and support tickets get ignored and some of the tickets have been deleted altogether! I have not attempted to phone them as I am in the UK. I have been waiting on an SSL certificate to be installed for over a week and cannot continue developing my site without one - well, you know the story. Complaint emails just get ignored, like the support ones of course. I have had my account with them since 26th May 2004 and I signed up for a year. I am not too concerned about being billed for next year because I have since cancelled the credit card I used. I would like to get my money back as they have broken their support promise. However, I don't like my chances.
