Korksoft has given me what it promised. I initialized my account yesterday and was able to ftp last night. My address resoved this morning. Face it the world is not in crisis mode and neither should a website. I have received prompt responses to me emails for support with accurate information. You get what you pay for and in this case I have received more than I bargined for (at least in the first day).
