Korksoft is a poorly run organization. When first coming on board, they seem like a professional organization. Until, something goes wrong. The site was commonly down on a regular basis 99% uptime is more like 89% uptime. Their support is horrible, commonly you will be talking to v-mail rather than a human. I sent 17 email messages once over a span of a month to resolve an issue and never rec'd a response. I had to turn to calling them on the phone to get my issue resolved. Even after I discontinued my service, they charge my annual credit card fee 1 year after I had stopped using them. I also see that they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that they can straighten them out. My recommendation::DO NOT USE KORKSOFT!!!!!!!
