ID&A is a small company with years of experience. I swear by them because I get to talk to techs directly, and learn a lot, I never saw a company more flexible, the low prices and last but not least their quality of service. For a weakest point I'd choose their marketing. But I don't mind a low budget marketing department, if it helps keeping prices low.
