Beware of HPH

I have hosted some domains with HPH for several years. Their front-line tech support is very good, but that's where it stops. They used to be "Half Price" but that ended long ago. They continue to cut reseller discounts and give no reseller support. If any problem has to be escalated, forget it. Their senior techs will NEVER follow up or answer your inquiries. They might get to your problem or they might not - there's no way to tell. They recently lost all my e-mail on a Friday. I was told it would be restored in 24 hours on Friday. Same on Saturday. Same on Sunday. It's Monday and I still don't have it back. If you ever want to downgrade a hosting plan their fees cost erase any cost savings you might hope to realize. you're better off finding a company that won't tell you anything to get you off the phone.
