Same as others here. We will nver go back to them. Uptime is not a word in their vocabulary, as far as site, e- mail, administration and services. Customer service is a joke at best. I always thought the customer was always correct and any provider of service should do their best to serve them. Dot5 still has not figured out that I was a customer, much less how to fulfill their service. ("WAS" being the operative word!!!) In a world that is becoming more service driven than manufacturer driven, these folks don't have a clue.
